The following is a message I sent to Nissan of
America. I wanted to let you guys know when on vacation, we had
an excellent service experience. Keep up the god work!
"This July, my fiancé drove down to myrtle beach for an annual
vacation from our stressful lives. Upon arriving in Myrtle
Beach, the transmission in our 06' Murano went. Being 6 hours
from home, this was truly a disaster for us and destroyed any
hope for peace and relaxation on our trip. Knowing the problem
we were facing was going to be terrible, we took the car to
Grand Strand Nissan. To our surprise, we immediately were put to
ease by the entire staff at GSN. Called by name as we walked in
the door, Victor and his team quickly diagnosed the issue, got
us a comparable car for the week, and a few days later, reunited
us back with our car. The excellent staff at GSN left us highly
impressed and able to direct our focus back to where it was
supposed to be, our vacation. Thank you for the wonderful
customer service. It left us both very satisfied." |

Courtesy Beyond the call.
My name is K L. My wife, daughter and I were recently in your
city on vacation during the week of 22-28 March 2010. My vehicle
was making a strange noise and since I own a Nissan I decided to
bring it to your dealership in Myrtle Beach. When you’re 10
hours away from home the last thing you need is car trouble, it
could be costly if you know what I mean. Upon arrival I
explained my situation to your representative Mr. Vito Marchiano.
He was one of the most professional and polite individuals I
have met in a long time. He explained thoroughly and clearly the
problems I was encountering. As a matter of fact most of the
repairs were under warranty, and unfortunately some were not.
Mr. Vito had to obtain one of the parts from another city when
one of the parts was not readily available in the store. He
continued to assure us that our vehicle would be ready before we
were to travel back to Tennessee. We only had a few days left
before we had to return home. Mr. Vito acted urgently on our
situation and had one of the servicemen pick up the part from
another city just to make sure we had our vehicle ready the next
day. We were also provided a rental car for that time period and
continued with our vacation schedule. Mr. Vito even called us at
our resort and informed us of the progress on our vehicle, which
I thought showed professionalism and care. I have since made it
back to Clarksville and had no other problems. My vehicle ran
even better going home. Mr. Vito also called to ensure we had
made it home safely. This is note worthy and I want to commend
Mr. Vito and Grand Strand Nissan for their excellent service
while they’re in your city. You guys would make any vacationer
happy if they have car trouble and have to come to your
establishment. Mr. Vito who I want to say Thank you from my
family for all you did. Mr. Vito you made my wife feel at ease
with the situation and that in itself is note worthy. Thanks
again and may God bless you all at Brand Strand Nissan and
especially you Mr. Vito and your family. I have been driving
Nissans since 1986 and may own one for life because of this
experience, and by the way I had a great time in Myrtle Beach. |

"Dear Mr. Haynes, My wife and I are writing this
letter for two reasons. The first one is to tell you we love our
new 2010 Maxima we purchased it Feb 25th and are enjoying it.
The second reason is to tell you that we appreciate how we were
treated by your sales person Jim Atkins. When we arrived at your
car lots, we were only going to look. Then Jim approached us in
a friendly manner asked if he could help us, we said thank you,
but we were only looking. He showed us several cars, we found
him to be extra knowledgeable about cars, which told us he had
done his homework. He was very considerate with us, to allow us
to look on our own and be able to talk privately with each
other. In fact we were very comfortable with Jim. He did a great
job. We later learned it was his day off. I was a purchasing
director for a larger company in Atlanta, GA for 20 years, and
I’m not new at talking to salesman. I was able to change over
fleet of 16 cars to all new Maxima’s and to this day they are
still driving Maxima’s. We have had Datsun or Maxima’s since
1976. “We know a Winner” Mr. Haynes, you have a good operation,
we will be glad to tell all our friends about the great service

"I have driven several different
Maximas over the past 18 years. In fact, the one I now drive is
over 10 years old with almost 170,000 miles on it. For the most
part I have had nothing but good service from the various
dealerships in New York, North Carolina and South Carolina where
for the past 7 years I now reside.
However, I wanted to take time to
tell you how much I appreciate your Service Department. Your
people Vito Marchiano, Terri and the young mechanics in the shop
have provided outstanding service and have listened to my

a safe automobile.
